Job summary

The Heritage Group offers a well-structured internship in Learning and Development, focusing on supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of internal training programs. You will assist with digital content creation, LMS administration, and analytics, gaining hands-on experience in talent development.

Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors pursuing Psychology, Education, or Instructional Design, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Required High School or Equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Current Junior or Senior majoring in Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or other related fields.
• Experience: 1+ years Marketing and Social Media experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Learning and Development Manager and Specialists in facilitating on-site and virtual training sessions.
• Assist with training design, updates, and delivery for core curricula.
• Attend and observe internal meetings and assist with design, delivery, engagement and evaluation of learning initiatives.
• Gain understanding of LMS Admin responsibilities and assist in managing and reporting functions.
• Assist in designing and developing digital learning content (eLearning, guides, job aids).
• Support content reviews for clarity and accuracy.
• Additional duties aligned with company values, competencies, and skills.
