Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior management experience in senior living or closely related field.
• Ability to obtain state administrator’s licensure by end of the training program.
• Must communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
• Open to relocating for first assignment post-training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month Executive Director In-Training program.
• Gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in community operations.
• Receive mentorship and feedback throughout the training program.
• Potentially advance to Assistant Executive Director or Executive Director.
