Qualifications
Minimum 2 years prior management experience in senior living or closely related field.
Ability to obtain state administrator’s licensure by end of the training program.
Must communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
Open to relocating for first assignment post-training.
Responsibilities
Participate in a 12-month Executive Director In-Training program.
Gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in community operations.
Receive mentorship and feedback throughout the training program.
Potentially advance to Assistant Executive Director or Executive Director.
