Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking high-potential professionals for its 12-month Executive Director-in-Training (EDIT) Program. This paid leadership role places you in designated senior living host communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston market.

You’ll learn operations, finance, sales, HR, and resident services, receive executive mentorship, and progress toward an Executive Director or other leadership role, with geographic flexibility as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, property management, operations, or a related service environment.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving accountability.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured leadership curriculum with progressive responsibility.
• Support community operations, sales, finance, HR, and resident services.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and performance tracking.
• Lead initiatives across departments to improve resident experience and outcomes.
