Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) operates senior living communities and is launching an Executive Director-in-Training program. You will gain hands-on leadership experience, oversee operations, and develop financial and people-management skills under executive mentorship.

The role is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston markets and offers a structured pathway into senior leadership. Graduates may advance to Executive Director or other leadership positions, with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or operations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily community operations with increasing responsibility.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
• Lead teams and mentor staff across departments.
• Collaborate with executives to guide strategic initiatives.
