Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12-week, hands-on internship program designed to immerse students in field operations and branch management. Participants gain real-world experience through field training, shadowing across departments, and a dedicated mentor to guide their progress.

Interns will engage in leadership development activities, team-based projects, and professional networking, with opportunities for potential full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and ongoing feedback for professional development.
• Exposure to management and leadership development practices.
