Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co. offers a 10–12-week paid internship in landscape maintenance, providing hands-on field training and broad exposure to branch operations. Interns will work alongside crews and engage in practical projects across multiple areas of the business.

You’ll participate in Job Shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, with dedicated mentorship and a path toward future opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in computers and common software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
