Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Intern for a 10–12 week paid program from May–August 2027. You will gain hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations while shadowing crews and participating in mentorship and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Comfortable with office software and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and progress feedback throughout the internship.
• Collaborative team environment with meaningful projects and networking.
