Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week, paid Landscape Maintenance Internship focused on hands-on field operations and branch experience. You will shadow teams across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership while receiving dedicated mentorship to build practical skills and industry knowledge.

You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities to present your projects and explore future career paths within Ruppert’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused with willingness to support various operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback and professional development.
• Management and leadership development: etiquette, communication, and teamwork best practices.
• Final presentation of internship experience and projects; potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.
