Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and ongoing feedback on your progress.
• Leadership development through teamwork, etiquette, communication, and management best practices.
• Collaborative team environment with interns and professionals on meaningful projects.
• Professional networking with peers, mentors, and leaders within Ruppert Landscape.
• Interns may receive further training in the department of their choice at program end.
• Final presentation to highlight field experiences, projects and lessons learned.
• Top performers may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.
