Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co offers a 10–12-week, paid Landscape Maintenance Internship designed to give hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations. You’ll shadow teams across Field Operations, Irrigation, and Sales while receiving dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Field Training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship guiding progress and professional development.
• Leadership Development: team building, etiquette, communication, and management practices.
