Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12‑week internship program in landscape maintenance, with hands-on field training and exposure to office operations. The role emphasizes learning across field production, branch operations, and team collaboration, preparing interns for future opportunities in the industry.

You’ll work closely with mentors, participate in leadership development activities, and have the chance to present your internship experiences at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidate pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field experience across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow and learn from Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership teams.
