Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12-week paid internship in Landscape Maintenance, May–August 2027. The program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, plus dedicated mentorship to foster professional growth.

You must be pursuing a degree in Horticulture or related field and have a High School Diploma or GED. Expect a field-focused schedule with significant time outdoors; compensation is $16–$18 per hour.

• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and constructive feedback throughout the internship.
• Participate in leadership development, team building, and professional etiquette training.
• Collaborate with peers on meaningful projects and contribute to the team’s success.
• Present internship experiences and lessons learned at the end of the program.
