Ruppert Landscape is seeking motivated individuals for a 10–12 week Landscape Maintenance Internship in the United States. The program provides hands‑on field training, job shadowing across operations, and mentorship to help you build practical skills in a fast‑paced environment.

You will gain exposure to field operations and branch leadership, with mentorship and opportunities for future career paths. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, in a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team‑oriented, customer‑focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Hands‑On Field Training in multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship and progress feedback throughout the internship.
• Management & Leadership Development exposure to team building, etiquette, communication, leadership and management practices.
• Collaborative team environment with meaningful projects and peers.
• Professional networking with mentors and leaders within Ruppert Landscape.
• Intern Choice Experience to gain further training in a department of choice at the end of the program.
• Final Presentation of internship experiences, projects and learning outcomes.
