Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co is offering a 10–12 week Landscape Maintenance Internship in Alpharetta, GA. The program provides hands-on field training, shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, and Sales, plus dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

You’ll work both in the field and office, gain real-world experience, and have opportunities for growth and potential full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow key areas of the business including Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with an experienced mentor who provides regular feedback and professional development.
• Gain exposure to team-building, professional etiquette, communication, leadership and management best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow interns on meaningful projects and operations.
• Build your professional network by connecting with peers, mentors, and leaders.
• Present internship experience in a final presentation and showcase lessons learned.
