Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid Landscape Maintenance Internship in Alpharetta, GA, providing hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations.

You will shadow specialists across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, receive dedicated mentorship, and develop management and leadership skills in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds; proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations and branch operations.
• Job shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and regular feedback to support professional development.
• Exposure to team-building, professional etiquette, leadership, and management practices.
• Collaborative work on meaningful projects with interns and staff.
• Networking opportunities within Ruppert Landscape and the local branches.
• Interns may choose to gain further training in a department at the end of the program.
• Final presentation of internship experience highlighting field experiences and learned skills.
