Job summary

TensorWave is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern in Las Vegas to provide Tier 1 support for employees and assist with daily IT operations. The role emphasizes strong customer service and the ability to communicate clearly with staff of varied technical knowledge.

The internship runs May–August (12 weeks), Tuesday–Friday, 8 hours per day, with paid compensation and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in corporate IT, asset management, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming support requests, resolve common technical issues, document solutions, and elevate more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
• Monitoring and triaging service desk tickets, troubleshooting common hardware, software, account, access, and connectivity issues
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Supporting endpoint and asset management tasks
• Maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base articles
• Helping address the existing backlog of support tickets and operational projects.
• Assist with inventory management, device preparation and deployment, account administration, software installation, access reviews, documentation cleanup, and other Corporate IT initiatives appropriate for an entry-level technical role
