Marion All Star is seeking a Staffing Recruiter based in Marion, IN to support full-cycle recruiting in an in-person setting. The role focuses on high-volume talent acquisition, compliance-minded hiring, and coordinated onboarding processes, including campus recruiting efforts.
Role Summary
The Staffing Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This position also includes offer negotiation, ATS-based candidate management, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Ensuring employment law compliance while handling candidate data within HR technology platforms is a core requirement. Some travel is included.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across a diverse range of roles.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), talent management tools, and HR systems.
- Run high-volume recruitment campaigns to efficiently fill multiple vacancies while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct external candidate outreach through cold calling, research, and networking to identify passive candidates.
- Coordinate campus recruitment initiatives to attract talent from universities and training programs.
- Negotiate employment offers while aligning with company policies and employment law requirements.
- Maintain compliance with HR legal standards such as employment and labor law while managing candidate data in ATS platforms.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Apply HR sourcing techniques and internal recruiting practices to meet staffing objectives.
- Support onboarding activities including employee orientation, evaluation, relations, and training and development initiatives.
- Travel as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in negotiation, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle recruiting across multiple industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR legal compliance, including employment law within talent management and labor regulations.
- Proficiency with recruiting and HR platforms, including iCIMS and Kenexa BrassRing, as well as HR systems such as Kronos and Paychex.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruiting.
- Ability to use social media marketing (recruitment) for employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Familiarity with employment and labor law requirements to support compliant hiring practices.
- Competence using ATS platforms for applicant tracking and reporting.
- Strong research and relationship management skills to support targeted candidate outreach.
- Knowledge of employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations practices, and training and development programs.

Compensation and Schedule
- Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
