Job summary

Allied Solutions in Carmel, IN offers a 12-week Talent Acquisition and HRIS Intern program designed for juniors and seniors seeking hands-on HR experience. The internship runs May 17th – Aug.

6th, 2027 and is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position at our headquarters. The intern will assist the HR department across recruitment life cycle, employer branding, analytics, and HR systems, with exposure to Workday and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising junior or senior in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Support HR project work and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist recruitment lifecycle and employer branding efforts.
• Shadow a full-lifecycle recruiter to learn the process.
• Learn how Talent Acquisition partners with the business.
• Gain understanding of Workday and HR systems.
