Job summary

Michigan’s Adventure is seeking a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, associate support, and HR operations. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to support the associate experience while developing leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

This internship is available for spring and summer of 2027, offering paid opportunities and exposure to HR compliance, employee relations,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding initiatives.
• Support new hire orientation and training programs.
• Help coordinate employee engagement and recognition events.
• Maintain personnel records and assist with HR administrative tasks.
• Provide front-line support to associates and answer HR-related questions.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
