Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, May–August 2027, based in Charlotte, NC. The program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing, dedicated mentorship, and leadership development, with exposure to Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.

Interns work in a fast-paced environment, gain practical skills, and may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Proficient in common software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
