Job summary

FLIK Hospitality Group invites applications for a paid Culinary Intern position at the Washington Nationals Training Facility in Washington, DC. The program runs Summer 2027 (May–August 2027) with a 20.00 USD per hour pay rate.

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• GPA requirements for Internship (if applicable) – refer to listing.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or operational needs.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian and review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Develop professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills.
