Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a Hospitality & Event Planning Internship for Summer/Fall 2027 in Washington, DC. The paid internship offers 20.00 per hour, with full-time scheduling to be discussed.

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality program and available 20–40 hours weekly. The role focuses on supporting conference and reception services, assisting with events, and gaining hands-on experience in a leading food service and hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Event Management degree.
• Must be available to work 20 - 40 hours a week based on business needs & internship requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Summer Intern is responsible for supporting the conference and reception services team with all meetings and events taking place in the centers and lobbies.
• The Intern will assist with ad-hoc projects between Conference Services and Reception Services.
