Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Culinary Intern for the Summer/Fall 2027 program at the New York Giants Training Facility in East Rutherford, NJ. The internship is paid, with a 20-40 hour weekly commitment and opportunities to rotate through various culinary and service roles.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts.
• Full-time schedule; 40 hours/week typical; hours to be discussed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through different roles depending on location and needs.
• Provide friendly and courteous guest service.
• Support catering events by setting up and coordinating stations.
• Assist with marketing tasks such as signage and decorations.
• Adhere to Platinum service standards and brand guidelines.
• Review front-of-house standards and ensure client expectations are met.
