Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Minnesota is seeking a paid Culinary Internship for Summer/Fall 2027 at the Minnesota Vikings Training Facility in Eagan. The internship is full-time and intended for students enrolled in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.

The program provides hands-on kitchen exposure with culinary mentors, opportunities across FOH/BOH, and guidance on wellness and sustainability initiatives. Interns receive meals, uniforms, and laundering service at select locations.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or operational needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to "platinum service" customer service standards.
• Consistently practice safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
