Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is offering a paid Culinary Internship at the Philadelphia Eagles Training Facility in Philadelphia, PA. This internship is summer and fall 2027, requiring full-time hours to be discussed at interview.

Interns will rotate through FOH and BOH, engage with guests, and work with mentors to learn culinary operations, wellness and sustainability initiatives, and catering support.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week based on business needs.
• Meeting university GPA requirements for internship.
• Sanitation training completed or willing to complete prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian and review standards.
• Learn wellness and sustainability initiatives and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with catering events and internal food service operations.
