Job summary

FLIK Hospitality Group in Malvern, PA is offering a Spring/Summer 2027 Hospitality & Catering Internship for students currently enrolled in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts programs. The paid internship provides hands-on training, with duties including event setup, catering support, cashier duties, coffee/barista work, and guest welcome.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Available Spring/Summer 2027 (January 2027 - August 2027).
• Available to work 20 - 40 hours per week based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Duties may include: setting up and/or closing events or dining halls, cashier functions, coffee / barista and welcoming guests.
• Provide consistently friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Support catering events by setting up, arranging buffet stations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing cleanup.
• Assist with marketing tasks, including signage, seasonal decorations, and food holiday communications.
