Job summary

NVR is offering a 12-week Construction Management Intern program to give hands-on experience in homebuilding. You will shadow an experienced Project Manager, work with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

Additionally, you will rotate through Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking to understand the full lifecycle of a home project. You must be enrolled in a college degree program and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably to graduate within 12 months.
• Strong communication skills for customer and partner engagement.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative in team settings.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors and interact with customers.
• Gain exposure to Sales & Marketing activities and understand the home sales lifecycle.
• Explore Land Research, Building Products and Mortgage Banking areas to see the full project lifecycle.
