NVR is offering a 12-week paid Construction Management Internship to gain hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry. Interns will shadow a Project Manager, work with subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

The program also provides exposure to Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking, with opportunities to be considered for full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers and partners.
• Enrolled in a college degree program, preferably graduating within 12 months of the internship.
• Current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
