Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering students to join our Broomfield, Colorado office. This is not a remote position, and interns will use AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS to support client projects.

Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and delivering civil engineering work while learning applicable regulations and standards. ABET-accredited degrees and related engineering majors are sought for this internship.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited engineering degree required (Bachelors or Masters).
• Majors include Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical or Agricultural Engineering; Engineering Technology may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis across multiple projects.
• Solve complex problems, support project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
