Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to use clinical nursing skills to educate patients and caregivers about PAH therapies. This is a direct-hire, full-time role with significant travel to patient homes across the Tulsa region and beyond.

You will collaborate with physicians and the sales team, provide in-home education on infused and inhaled medications, and participate in on-call rotation. RN licensure and high-tech infusion experience are required.

Qualifications

Must live within one hour of Tulsa International Airport.
Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in OK with ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
Two years of experience in critical care or high-tech home infusion.
Ability to build positive relationships with medical/clinical personnel.
Ability to travel as noted; on-call as needed.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
On-call rotation as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the patient’s plan of care with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team.
Work within a home care nursing setting with autonomy.
Assist patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled PAH therapies.
Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in one-on-one settings.
Provide excellent written and verbal customer service and interact with key partners.
Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
