Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Hospital PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a surgical services team in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and a supportive facility culture.

Responsibilities include pre-operative prep, post-anesthesia recovery, management of lines/tubes, pain control, and discharge planning. MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and ICU exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• ASN or equivalent nursing program graduate.
• RN licensure in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Core certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS upon hire.
• 2–4 years of recent hospital experience in acute Medical/Surgical or CCU.
• Critical Care familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Operative preparation and patient optimization for elective procedures.
• Phase I Recovery: monitor and support patients post-anesthesia, airway management, and hemodynamics.
• Care for high-acuity post-op patients with tubes/lines and ventilator support as needed.
