Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Hospital PACU RN in Great Falls, MT, for a full-time, on-site position in a hospital-based outpatient setting. You will support PRE-OP, PACU, and observation unit care with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of hospital experience in acute care, AR/ICU familiarity, and active MT RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS. Compensation aligns with hospital standards and benefits are provided.

Formación

• RN licensure in Montana (or compact/endorsement) required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hospital experience in acute Medical/Surgical or Critical Care.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Operative Preparation: assess, admit, and optimize patients for elective/outpatient surgeries.
• Phase I Recovery: monitor and stabilize patients waking from anesthesia, manage airway and ventilation.
• Advanced Visual & Device Care: monitor patients with chest tubes, central/arterial lines, short-term ventilator support (training provided).
• Wound & Line Management: surveil wounds, drains and dressings to prevent complications.
• Symptom & Pain Control: titrate IV meds and manage PANV; use warming devices for hypothermia.
• Observation Unit Care: care for observation patients from ED to discharge or transfer.
• Collaborative Leadership: coordinate with Providers, Anesthesia, Nurse Managers, and staff.
• Discharge & Transfer Planning: use Aldrete score for home discharge or hand-offs to inpatient units.
