Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Hospital PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, MT.

This position focuses on high-quality post-anesthesia care within a perioperative setting, with strong nurse-to-patient ratios and supportive administration. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of acute Medical/Surgical or Critical Care experience, Montana RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Montana.
• BBLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required on hire.
• 2–4 years hospital acute Med/Surg or Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Operative preparation, admission, and optimization for elective procedures.
• Phase I Recovery monitoring and post-anesthesia care.
• Advance visual & device care for post-op patients.
• Wound, line management and drainage surveillance.
• Pain control and PANV management with warming devices.
• Observation unit care from ED to discharge.
• Collaborative care planning with Providers and Anesthesia teams.
• Discharge planning and hand-off reporting to units.
