• Experience observing and coordinating with interdisciplinary care teams
• Ability to lead and coordinate perioperative nursing care in OR environment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment
• Observe the surgery and surgical team to maintain a safe environment
• Manage nursing care of the patient in the OR and coordinate with other care providers
• Provide pre-op, intra-op and post-op care and discharge instructions
• Other duties as assigned
