Job summary

Mercy Health’s Lourdes Hospital is seeking an Operating Room RN to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced surgical setting. The role requires strong organization, leadership, and collaboration with the care team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, a nursing degree, and 2+ years in Critical Care. BLS/ACLS/PALS are preferred; CNOR/SGNA certifications are a plus. Comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two years of RN experience in Critical Care Department (preferred, not required).
• CNOR and/or SGNA certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, including discharge instructions.
• Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for the patient.
