Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Hospital PACU Registered Nurse (RN) in Great Falls, Montana, to join a surgical services team.

This full-time, on-site role offers a supportive environment with excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong administrative backing, and a culture of teamwork and compassion. Core duties include Pre-Operative Prep, Phase I Recovery, wound and line management, pain control, and care for observation patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active Montana RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required on hire.
• 2–4 years acute hospital experience in medical/surgical or critical care.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Operative preparation and admission of elective/outpatient procedures.
• Phase I Recovery: monitor and stabilize post-anesthesia patients.
• Wound/line management and IV/titration of analgesics.
• Care for observation unit patients and post-discharge planning.
• Collaborate with Providers, Anesthesia, and unit leadership.
• Support discharge planning and hand-offs to inpatient units.
