Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Great Falls, MT seeks a dedicated Hospital PACU RN to join a high‑caliber perioperative team. This full‑time, on‑site role offers supportive staffing, excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, and a culture of teamwork.

You will manage pre‑op optimization, monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, and collaborate with anesthesia and surgical staff. Montana RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2–4 years hospital experience required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Montana or eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required upon hire.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hospital medical/surgical or critical care experience.
• Preferred background in Critical Care (ICU) workflows.
• Proficient IV access and management; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Operative preparation: assess and admit patients for elective procedures and verify safety checklists.
• Phase I Recovery: monitor, stabilize, and assist with airway management post-anesthesia.
• Care for high-acuity post-op patients with lines and drains; ventilation support as needed.
• Wound/line management and surveillance to prevent complications.
• Coordinate with Providers, Anesthesia, and nursing leadership; support LPNs/CNAs.
• Discharge planning and hand-offs to inpatient units with clear reporting.
