Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a PACU RN in Murrieta, CA to provide immediate post-operative care for a variety of surgical patients.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year PACU/ICU experience, BLS and ACLS, and strong teamwork with EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

  • ADN or higher in nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 1 year experience in PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity setting preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in a team
  • Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate post-operative care to various surgical patients, monitor vitals and anesthesia-related symptoms
  • Administer prescribed medications and implement treatment plans as directed by medical staff
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for smooth patient transitions from OR to PACU and discharge
  • Educate patients and families on post-operative care, including pain and wound management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital policies

Qualifications
