Incredible Health in Hanford, CA is hiring a PACU RN to provide immediate post-operative care for diverse surgical patients. Day shift, with options for full-time or part-time, in a team-focused hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, 1 year PACU/ICU experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications, plus strong communication and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care and monitor vitals.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Hanford, CA area for the following position: PACU RN. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac Monitoring, Circulate, Pediatric, Presurgical assessment, Robotic surgery, Transplant, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year experience in a PACU, ICU, or a similar high-acuity setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care to a variety of surgical patients, monitoring vital signs, and managing symptoms of anesthesia
• Administer prescribed medications and implement treatment plans as directed by medical staff
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure seamless patient transition from the operating room to the PACU to discharge home
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, and potential complications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and procedures
