Incredible Health in Palmdale, CA is hiring a PACU RN to deliver immediate post-operative care across diverse surgical cases. You will monitor vitals, administer medications, and coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure seamless transition from operating room to PACU and discharge home.

Qualifications include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year PACU/ICU experience preferred, BLS and ACLS certifications, strong teamwork and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1 year experience in PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team-player
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsabilités

• Provide immediate post-operative care, monitor vital signs, manage anesthesia-related symptoms
• Administer prescribed medications and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for smooth patient transitions from OR to PACU to discharge home
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, pain management, wound care, potential complications
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications
