Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a PACU RN in Burien, WA for day shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, a valid RN license, and have PACU/ICU experience with BLS/ACLS certs.

You will provide post-operative care, monitor vitals, administer meds, and collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe patient progression from OR to PACU and discharge, while educating families on care plans and wound management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing from an approved program.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year experience in PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care and monitor vital signs for diverse surgical patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and execute treatment plans as directed by medical staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for smooth patient transitions to PACU and discharge.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, pain management, wound care, and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies.

Salary: $77,500 to $127,620 /year
