Incredible Health is seeking a qualified PACU RN to join our team in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on immediate post-operative care, monitoring patients after surgery, and ensuring smooth transitions from the operating room to PACU and home.

Qualified candidates hold an ADN or higher, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Experience in PACU/ICU is preferred, with strong teamwork and EMR proficiency strongly valued.

Formación

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active RN license.
• 1 year PACU/ICU experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide immediate post-operative care to a variety of surgical patients, monitoring vital signs, and managing symptoms of anesthesia.
• Administer prescribed medications and implement treatment plans as directed by medical staff.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure seamless patient transition from the operating room to the PACU to discharge home.
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing

• 1 year experience in a PACU, ICU, or a similar high-acuity setting preferred
