Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care (ADLs, skin survey, vital signs, ambulation, etc.).
• Document patient care activities and vitals accurately.
• Support nurse in care of acutely ill patients and unit coordination.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers and maintain unit cleanliness.
