Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides, obtains or performs and documents direct patient care and activities such as: ADLs, vital signs, ambulation, specimen collection, I&O, and more.
• Participates in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives and maintains a safe environment.
• Accurately documents vital signs, weights, I&O, restraints and treatments; reports changes to nursing staff.
• Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers; supports unit activities and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
