Ashton North LLC is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls, MT. The role leads the perioperative clinical team with a focus on safe patient flow and high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred), active MT RN license (compact/endorsement eligible), and current BLS/ACLS/PALS with CPAN/ASPAN certifications desired. Minimum 2+ years PACU experience; leadership experience preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Montana RN license in good standing (compact/endorsement eligible).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS; CPAN/ASPAN certifications desired.
• Minimum 2+ years PACU experience; charge nurse/leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize the daily patient flow across Pre-Operative and PACU clinical areas.
• Act as the primary shift leader, managing real-time staffing assignments, surgical schedule adjustments, and daily operational problem-solving.
• Ensure all clinical staff adhere to strict patient safety standards and documentation requirements in CPAN/ASPAN alignment.
• Collaborate closely with the PACU Supervisor and maintain relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and allied staff.
• Provide clinical direction, mentorship, and support to the Pre-Op/PACU nursing and support team.
