Your Talent Team is partnering with a premier hospital in Great Falls, MT to hire a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This leadership role oversees patient flow, staffing, and adherence to CPAN/ASPAN guidelines in a dynamic perioperative environment.

Qualifications include Montana RN licensure, 2+ years PACU experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and CPAN/ASPAN certifications preferred. BSN is a plus; strong teamwork and patient safety are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the State of Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement) is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of PACU nursing experience.
• CPAN/ASPAN certifications are highly desirable.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize patient flow across Pre-Operative and PACU areas.
• Act as the primary shift leader, managing staffing and surgical schedule adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to CPAN/ASPAN guidelines and documentation standards.
• Collaborate daily with the PACU Supervisor and surgeons/anesthesia staff.
• Provide clinical direction, mentorship, and support to Pre-Op/PACU teams.
