The ideal candidate has an ADN with BSN preferred, MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and 2+ years PACU leadership experience. Collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and care teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN in Montana or compact eligibility.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; CPAN/ASPAN desirable.
• Experience: 2+ years in PACU.
• Leadership: Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU.
• Plan, assign, and optimize staffing and schedules.
• Ensure patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN documentation.
