Top Echelon Software, LLC invites applications for a Charge Nurse in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time on-site leadership role oversees patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU, leads the shift, and collaborates with surgeons and anesthesia staff to maintain safety and efficiency.

Required qualifications include an ADN (BSN preferred), MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years in PACU; CPAN/ASPAN certifications are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Active MT RN license (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CPAN/ASPAN certifications highly desired.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in PACU; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge: CPAN guidelines and perioperative practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU areas.
• Act as primary shift leader; manage staffing, case schedules, and daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN documentation guidelines.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and allied staff.
• Provide clinical direction and mentorship to Pre-Op/PACU team.
