Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls, MT. You will lead the perioperative team, manage patient flow, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers in a high-functioning hospital setting.

The ideal candidate has ADN with MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years in PACU; BSN is preferred and CPAN/ASPAN certification is a plus. Strong leadership and documentation adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Montana RN license (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• CPAN/ASPAN certifications desirable; BLS/ACLS/PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient flow across Pre-Operative and PACU.
• Plan and adjust staffing, surgical schedule, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN documentation.
