KLA Industries, Inc. seeks a Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to lead perioperative nurses in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, on-site role focuses on optimizing patient flow and clinical leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in PACU with charge nurse or leadership experience; MT RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS; CPAN/ASPAN certifications are highly preferred. Competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Montana (or compact eligibility).
• CPAN/ASPAN certifications preferred; BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and optimize daily patient flow between Pre-Operative and PACU.
• Act as primary shift leader; manage staffing, schedules, and real-time operations.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN guidelines.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and allied staff.
• Provide clinical direction and mentorship to Pre-Op/PACU team.
